Guinea reported progress made to address child marriage in its Voluntary National Review at the High Level Political Forum, the mechanism by which countries report progress in implementing the Sustainable Development Goals. Guinea co-sponsored the following Human Rights Council resolutions: the procedural resolution on child, early and forced marriage, and the resolution on recognising the need to address child, early and forced marriage in humanitarian contexts.
